The challenge of this assignment has been to solve the extensive program of 81 houses, shops and car parks (122 spaces) in a plot with little irregular front facade establishing as main rules the enhancement of public spaces, the use of bioclimatic strategies and the maximum use of natural light and views. The optimization of the internal distributions of housing to reduce unnecessary circulation spaces has made it possible to create a large inner garden with a pool that organizes the houses into two separate blocks and offers tenants the opportunity to enjoy a quiet and unique environment in the city center. In addition, we have used courtyards that provide light to the rooms of service (bathrooms and kitchens) and create cross ventilation to all homes.
