On the outskirts of Granada, between large shopping centers, word order is situated the plot chosen by the customer to build a hotel with 104 rooms, shops and parking*. The project is organized in two parts: a base that houses the commercial area and above it, a horizontal prism aligned to the main street where the rooms are located. Influenced by the adjusted runtime imposed by the property, the proposal is built from criteria of standardization and prefabrication. Under these parameters, the base is coated glass and vertical slats providing transparency and sun protection, while the upper body is pierced with rectangular windows that break compositionally the horizontal marked by each plant.
